♥ Ingredients:
(8 portions)

Caramel:
• ⅔ cup (140 g) sugar
• ⅓ cup (70 ml) water

Custard:
• 4 eggs
• 1 egg yolk
• 75 g (⅜ cup) sugar
• 500 ml (2 cups, 4 tsp) milk
• 250 ml (1 cup, 2 tsp) coconut milk
• ⅛ tsp fine salt

• 1 lòng đỏ
• 75 g (⅜ cup) đường
